Brand new leisure battery fitted 1 month ago and winter heating is currently operating inside.
Situated at our home on the Cambs./Herts. border our lovely Bailey 'van is in excellent condition and sports a Powertouch Motor mover making hitching and pitching a dream!
We are also including a new porch awning with breathable groundsheet, Wastemaster & Aquaroll (both with custom made storage bags), chenille throws for all seating, custom built larger dinette table, hitch lock, wheel clamp, large extra picnic table, 25m electric 240v hook up cable, complete with reel and storage bag, 2 CalorGas bottles (one empty,1 new), microwave oven and electric kettle.
There is a real wow factor to this lovely, spacious 'van which has two double beds and an additional bunk bed if required, giving sleeping easily for 5.
The Provence has an L-shaped front seating area, giving a spacious feel and plenty of room to move around; a freestanding table can be used at the seating end, whilst at the rear is a smaller, more intimate eating area (we have made a larger table for this space and this is included).
There is a lovely side wash room with the usual cassette toilet, vanity basin with mirror and light above and a lovely separate shower cubicle - this is really usuable and convenient. The interior is fitted with light wood units and delightful terracotta and cream upholstery; there are lift out carpets with vinyl flooring underneath.
The 'van is CRiS registered and has had only one previous keeper. The inside has all the usual modern features of fly screens and night blinds and curtains to all windows and doors; large roof light, extractor, modern downlighters and an additional face-off CD/Stereo radio and speakers, external gas point and external power point for an awning connection. The kitchen has a large 'fridge, oven and grill and gas hob, all are working fully.
