The caravan is sited at Dornoch Firth Caravan Park where you can live all year round or for holiday breaks. Alternatively (at your own cost) you can move the van to any site you wish. The park has laundry facilities and a small park. We bought this caravan new in August 2007 for £44,000. We lived in it for a period of 13 months but due to a growing family we had to move. It is a beautiful van and would make an ideal permanent home for less than £30,000 or alternatively a perfect holiday home. A phone line has been put in as well as a sky dish and box (included).
There is some slight damage to the master bedroom door but apart from that the van is in very good condition.
The site fees are £197 per month and £215 per annum for water and sewerage. The electric is by card meter (avavilable on site). Gas is also available on site at a discounted price.
The van is situated 3 miles from the town of Tain, which is the oldest Royal Burgh in Scotland and is 8 miles from Dornoch which has award winning beaches. It is also only 40 miles from the city of Inverness.
