Sterling Europa 2000, L shaped lounge, end shower room, excellent condition

Excellent example of a well kept Sterling Europa 480SB Model, 1st registered in August 2000. Only recently bought from Somerset Caravans in August last year, where it was regularly serviced, maintained and valeted by them.
Although classed as a 2 Berth, my wife and I use the pull out double bed and our 10 year old son had plenty of leg room on the side bunk.
Carver Gas or Electric Heater either heats the lounge/bed area or blows hot air all round the van. Gas or electric fridge, with freezer compartment. Kitchen sink with pull over worktop, 4 ring gas hob and oven. Plenty of storage cupboards. Excellent condition fitted carpets, upholstery and curtains. Fly screens and blinds incorporated.
The end bathroom has a Cassette toilet, Quadrant shower cubicle and wash basin with vanity unit. Hot water is heated by built in electric heater, Aquaroll water container supplies everything and hot and cold pumped everywhere by a nice strong pump. All the manuals and users instructions are with all components.
Electric hook up cable with 3 pin adaptor, Aquaroll water container, electric water pump connector, new Calor Propane bottle, brand new wheel clamp, even throwing in a small vacuum cleaner and flat screen TV, with aerial if you want it.
The caravan is in storage in Hertfordshire near London at the moment, where it can be viewed and collected or I can deliver up to a reasonable distance.
Change in circumstances forces sale, we are letting it go for a lot less than we paid for it less than 9 months ago. Easy to tow lovely little, though spacious caravan with everything working and ready to go!
